Returns Policy

We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your first aid kit from Paradigm Sporting Dog. We guarantee each item to be inspected prior to packing each kit. However, products can sometimes become damaged during shipment. Returns will be granted for products damaged during shipment if we are notified within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, refunds will not be issued for damaged or irregular products. Please inspect your kits once received to assess for any spillage or damage to products in the case in order to request a timely replacement. In the event a return of the entire kit is needed, refunds will not be honored unless every item remains in the kit. A shipping label for the return will be provided. Upon receiving the returned product, you will be shipped a new kit as a replacement.

Shipping Policy

We can ship to physical United States and Canadian addresses only. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please Email us at team@paradigmsportingdog.com if you have any questions on RUSH or International Shipping options.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, product weight, destination, and the shipping speed you choose. We ship most items via UPS. A valid physical address is required. Shipping cost is calculated during checkout. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

We collect information about you through our online shopping cart website in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions.
